Welcome to FastHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FastHub's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, applying for our beta program, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

FastHub provides an AI-native integration platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage data integrations between various systems
• Use AI-powered tools to build integration workflows
• Monitor and manage integration processes
• Access pre-built connectors for common services and APIs

The specific features and functionality may vary based on your subscription plan and may change over time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant FastHub a limited, non-exclusive license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant FastHub the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Beta Program and Early Access

If you participate in our beta program or receive early access to features:

• You understand the Services may contain bugs or errors
• You agree to provide feedback as reasonably requested
• You will not disclose confidential beta features to third parties
• Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties
• We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees and Billing

Certain Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

7.2 Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Data Processing

8.1 Your Data

You are responsible for the data you process through the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to process such data and that your use complies with applicable data protection laws.

8.2 Data Processing Agreement

For customers processing personal data of EU residents, our Data Processing Agreement (available upon request) forms part of these Terms and governs our processing of personal data on your behalf.

8.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data processed through the Services. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring appropriate access controls within your organization.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services and APIs. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. FastHub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

10.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

11. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FastHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• FastHub's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or data processed through the Services

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services terminates immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Finland.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FastHub regarding the Services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
